Week 7

Well i'm in week 7 and i've taken some pics to show you my progress!;)





















Well the pics once again don't show the real progress that i made!I've gained defenition in my arms and can start seeing my abs already...but the damn pics don't show it!:S




I'll continue posting and the results will be very noticible even in the pics!:)
