Well today is sunday and it is my resting day!
Week wasn't all that hard but...i feel some pain im my left knee....
I believe it happened because instead of ussing bodylastics i used free weights and maybe that pushed me to hard!
I'm very anxious for week 4!
So everyone keep up the good work!;)

There you go man! I started week four yesterday too, not as exhausting as week two, but i liked it, takes a little more time, so keep it going dude, just another 13 weeks and we are done!... then just keep it clean! LOL
I'm on my week 3, and i'm using weights too instead of bands.
However, there are a way to do this exercises with homemade bands, using pneimatics of bikes...
